Firstly, many thanks to everyone who attended the AGM on Thursday 6th March at Old Deer Park.

Unfortunately, there were constitutional irregularities at the meeting regarding the election of Officers. We, therefore, need to follow due process and hold an EGM to confirm all Committee positions. In accordance with Richmond CC's constitution, we are now giving 14 days’ notice of an EGM to be held via Zoom on Monday, March 24th, at 7 p.m.

For all those eligible (i.e. paid a subscription in 2024 either for themselves or their child) who wish to attend, please email chrisfegoldie@yahoo.co.uk in advance of the meeting, so that meeting access details can be shared. The meeting length is expected to be quite short.
